BELZCART — CHECKOUT, SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: October 2026

By placing an order with BelzCart, you confirm that you have reviewed your order details, product information, price, shipping information, and this policy before completing your purchase.

1. Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation containing the details of your purchase.

Please check your order carefully. If you notice an incorrect name, address, product, size, color, or other order detail, contact us as soon as possible.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, supplier, carrier, customs procedures, and other circumstances outside our control.

We will not intentionally misrepresent an estimated delivery time.

3. Shipping & Delivery

BelzCart may use third-party suppliers and shipping carriers to fulfill orders.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or on the product page are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delays caused by customs, weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside BelzCart's reasonable control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges are not included in the price or checkout total, they may be the customer's responsibility.

Customers should check the import requirements of their country before ordering.

5. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that situation, the normal return/refund rules may apply.

If BelzCart cannot fulfill an order, we may cancel the order and provide an appropriate refund.

6. Returns

If a product is eligible for return, the customer must contact BelzCart within 14 days of delivery.

The product should normally be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging, unless the return is because the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Return eligibility may vary by product and destination because certain products cannot legally or practically be returned internationally.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs, videos, or other reasonable evidence so that we can investigate the issue with the supplier or carrier.

Depending on the circumstances, the available resolution may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

8. Missing or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.

If an order is confirmed as lost or cannot be delivered, BelzCart will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

9. Incorrect Customer Information

BelzCart is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact information, or failure to provide information required for delivery.

If the carrier returns an order because of incorrect customer information, any available refund or reshipment will be considered based on the circumstances and any costs that have already been incurred.

10. Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will normally be issued through the original payment method where technically possible.

The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

BelzCart will not intentionally delay an approved refund.

11. Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, and other information are accurate.

Minor differences in color, packaging, measurements, or appearance may occur because of screen settings, manufacturing changes, or supplier packaging.

Products will not be intentionally advertised in a misleading manner.

12. Payment Security

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. BelzCart does not request customers to send payment information through unofficial channels.

Customers should only complete payment through the official checkout process.

13. Fair Resolution

BelzCart aims to treat customers fairly while also protecting against fraudulent or unreasonable claims.

Each refund, replacement, cancellation, or return request will be reviewed according to the circumstances of the order, applicable law, and this policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply to a customer under the laws of their country.

14. Contact

For questions about an order, cancellation, return, delivery problem, or refund, please contact BelzCart through the official customer-support contact shown on our website.

We will review legitimate concerns and work toward a fair resolution.

Thank you for shopping with BelzCart.
